Arcane Vending is owned and operated by Arcane Arena LLC (“Arcane Vending,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains how we handle information when you visit arcanevending.com, submit a website request, or contact us about that request. It covers this support website, not the separate payment systems used at vending machines.
Information you give us
When you use our forms, we receive your name, email address, and the information relevant to your request:
- Report an issue: machine ID or location, incident date, a description of what happened, and the amount paid if you choose to provide it.
- Request a machine: business name, proposed location, an optional phone number, and any details you choose to share about the space.
- Request a restock: machine ID or location, the requested product, and any additional details you choose to provide.
We also receive information you send in follow-up emails or other communications about your request. A machine ID and public location may be filled in from the QR code or our machine directory. Your name, contact details, and message are not published in that directory. We also assign a request reference and may include the machine’s registration status and public location in the support email.
You do not need a website account. This website does not accept payments or file uploads. Please do not put payment card numbers, passwords, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information in a form or email. A payment amount is enough to help us begin looking into a purchase issue.
Technical information and security checks
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and request timing to deliver the site and help detect technical problems and abuse.
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic. Turnstile processes technical signals, including IP address, browser information, and information about its security checks. We also use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions. Cloudflare explains its processing in its Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Security features may use cookies or similar browser technologies. Blocking scripts or browser storage may prevent the security check or form from working. If you cannot submit a form, email support@arcanevending.com.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Receive, investigate, and respond to machine issues and other requests.
- Evaluate proposed machine locations and restock requests.
- Keep private service records and coordinate follow-up work.
- Deliver and protect the website, prevent spam or misuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and handle disputes relating to a request.
Submitting a support form does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list.
Who processes information
Our service providers process information needed to operate this website and handle requests:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, request handling, rate limiting, and Turnstile security checks.
- Resend: sends submitted form details by email to our support inbox.
- Google Workspace: stores support emails and private service records, including service logs maintained in Google Sheets.
These providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Their privacy information is available from Cloudflare, Resend, and Google.
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate misuse, or address a legal claim. We do not publish your form submission on the website.
How long information is kept
We do not currently automatically delete website submissions after a fixed period. Information can remain in our support inbox and service records after a request is closed. Our service providers may also keep records under their own retention practices. You can contact us to request deletion as described below.
Questions and privacy requests
Email support@arcanevending.com if you have a privacy question or would like us to review, correct, or delete information you submitted. Include enough context to identify the request, but do not send identity documents or payment details. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before responding. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved disputes. We will handle requests as required by applicable law.
Children’s information
A parent or guardian can submit a support request on a child’s behalf using the adult’s own contact details. Please avoid including the child’s name or other personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact support@arcanevending.com so we can review the submission and take appropriate action.
Updates
We may update this policy when the website or our practices change. The date above shows when this version was updated. Changes do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
